I saw a post on Reddit that was a video about a digital currency “mining” operation in The Netherlands. They actually have set the machines up in a greenhouse. On “top” of that, the roof has solar cells which power the mining computers, which are providing the greenhouses warmth to grow the plants. That is a genius use of science and saves a lot of energy.

I had planned to check the propane yesterday but forgot since I was out running errands, and when I got back some important things came up so I did not get it checked. Last night I put it on my reminders list for today.

At 06:00 this morning, I was awakened with a reminder – it was 57° F in the trailer and about 14 outside. Both tanks were empty so I had to dash into town to get a refill at that dark hour. What a way to wake up.

Still no word on closing yet. I really need to get out of here but I am not leaving until this is a done deal.

In the meantime, I am trying to get anything done that I can while I am just sitting here. I have been contemplating my trailer/vehicle conundrum and I am still not sure how to proceed yet. I am constantly looking at the weather, but not getting too far into the details of a trip with no set closing yet.

They are saying it could be 70° F tomorrow to upwards of 90° F this weekend. Crazy weather. It’s the winds that are a big concern – probably the biggest, with snow/ice a close second. It can be windy any time of the year, but snow & ice are only in wintertime. The dogs will be able to spend more time outdoors.

Some good Spring weather will be nice if I am still here.

In the meantime, I am heading to bed and grabbing some sleep. See you next time.
