Despite my disdain for social media, I decided to get on Tumblr to get a little more exposure to my blog.
Yeah…I know…I have railed and ragged on social media in the past, but I decided that if I am going to do keep this blog going I need it to help start paying its own way if possible. The only way to do that is more exposure on different platforms so here we are.
It will take me a little time to figure all of this out but I will get there between internet resources and family knowledge. So for those of you on Tumblr seeing my posts I am working on it so please be patient!

I am a huge fan of social media. I am very particular, though, with how I use it and with whom I have contact. It’s really all in the way one uses it that can make or break it.

I think that is a fair assessment and definitely something for me to keep in mind. My only real experience with it other than my blog was a short time on FB but that was 14 years ago. I got off of there because, well…it is FB and there’s way too much garbage to sift through.
