I had to run out and do a little shopping today. I got another jug of RV waterline antifreeze to winterize the trailer. I bought two last week but I used part of a gallon to fill the p-traps and ran extra into the tanks to protect the drain valves. I was not sure if I had enough but I did not want to run out in the middle of winterizing so I picked up another one. It will get used one way or another.

When I got home it was 63° F so it was as good a time as any to get it out of the way, especially since it will be getting cold again. It’s not a difficult task, and I figured it may be a little while yet before I leave so I went ahead and checked it off the list.

While out, I stopped at Aldi to grab a couple of things as well. As I walked through the store, some guy ended up coming up to me for what I thought was quick small talk. I really must remember to stop wearing my “I’m a Therapist so tell me your problems” t-shirt when I am in public. I do not know what it is about me that makes people tell me some really personal stuff and what is going in their lives in great detail. This guy was talking about his financial woes in detail and I really do not need to hear that. I had a hard time getting away from him because he kept talking & walking when I would go elsewhere.

It was not as foggy this morning and that means things were not as wet as the last three mornings. I took a drive to the back of my property scoping out firewood so I can at least gather some tomorrow for cutting later. Some are so big I will not be able to load them up so I will have to split them down to where I can get them loaded. I do have a few logs scattered around from trimming the dead stuff so I will get all those gathered up and brought to the woodpile to process.

It goes quick from there; it is only a matter of cutting to length on the tailgate of the truck and stacking it up. There is a little shower moving through and there may be a little more in the morning but it will warm up then it is cold for at least the next week. It is not supposed to do much so I can go back and pick up some more to stage for the pile.

As you probably noticed, I am now starting to watermark my photos. With AI and all the other nonsense going on with the interwebs, I hate to have to do that, but I want/need to protect my pictures the best that I can. I have had the ability to do this for a few weeks but I have been posting for so long (since 2012!) I forget to watermark them. I am sure it will take a little while to get in the habit so some may slip through without it but it is happening.

I found a watermarking Shortcut for my iPhone someone created and posted on a website. The Shortcuts are little commands that do a certain task by linking a bunch of commands together. You can build a Shortcut for many different things and this guy figured out how to watermark. And, it is free! I did not have to buy an app to do it which is better yet.
